Terms and Conditions

1. Servicio / Service

Asiento Premium es un servicio opcional que permite al pasajero reservar tanto el asiento asignado como el asiento contiguo para su uso exclusivo durante el viaje contratado.

Premium Seat is an optional service that allows a passenger to reserve both the assigned seat and the adjacent seat for the passenger's exclusive use during the purchased trip.

2. Disponibilidad / Availability

El servicio está sujeto a la disponibilidad de dos asientos contiguos en la corrida seleccionada.

The service is subject to the availability of two adjacent seats on the selected departure.

3. Exclusividad del asiento / Seat Exclusivity

El asiento adicional queda reservado exclusivamente para el pasajero titular del boleto y no podrá ser ocupado, cedido, transferido o utilizado por otra persona durante el viaje.

The additional seat is reserved exclusively for the ticketed passenger and may not be occupied, assigned, transferred, or used by any other person during the trip.

4. Clase de servicio / Service Class  

Asiento Premium no constituye una categoría distinta de transporte y no modifica el tipo de autobús, el itinerario, ni los servicios incluidos en el boleto adquirido.

Premium Seat does not constitute a different class of transportation and does not modify the vehicle, itinerary, or services included with the purchased ticket.

5. Compra y Pago/ Purchase and Payment

Asiento Premium podrá adquirirse únicamente a través de los canales de venta autorizados por TUFESA USA LLC y al precio vigente al momento de la compra.

Premium Seat may be purchased only through TUFESA USA LLC authorized sales channels and at the applicable rate in effect at the time of purchase.

6. Garantía de flexibilidad / Flexibility Guarantee

Si el pasajero adquirió la Garantía de Flexibilidad, cualquier cambio conservará el beneficio de Asiento Premium únicamente cuando existan dos asientos contiguos disponibles en la nueva corrida seleccionada. En caso contrario, el pasajero podrá realizar el cambio de viaje conforme a las condiciones de la Garantía de Flexibilidad. La imposibilidad de conservar el servicio Asiento Premium en la nueva corrida dará lugar a la emisión del cupón digital conforme a lo dispuesto en estas políticas.

If the passenger has purchased the Flexibility Guarantee, any change will retain the Premium Seat benefit only if two adjacent seats are available on the newly selected departure. Otherwise, the passenger may modify the trip in accordance with the Flexibility Guarantee. The inability to retain the Premium Seat service on the new departure shall result in the issuance of a digital voucher in accordance with these policies.

7. Cambios y Cancelaciones / Changes and Cancellations

En caso de sustitución de unidad, cambios operativos, caso fortuito, fuerza mayor o cualquier otra circunstancia fuera del control de TUFESA USA LLC, se realizarán esfuerzos razonables para conservar el servicio Asiento Premium, sujeto a la disponibilidad de asientos y a la configuración de la unidad asignada.

In the event of vehicle substitution, operational changes, case of force majeure or fortuitous event, or other circumstances beyond TUFESA USA LLC control, reasonable efforts will be made to preserve the Premium Seat service, subject to seat availability and vehicle configuration.

8. Cupón Digital  / Digital Voucher

Si por causas imputables exclusivamente a TUFESA USA LLC no fuera posible proporcionar el servicio Asiento Premium, o bien, en caso de un cambio de viaje la nueva corrida no cuente con disponibilidad para conservar dicho servicio, el importe correspondiente al Asiento Premium no utilizado se emitirá en favor del pasajero mediante un cupón digital, el cual podrá utilizarse como método de pago en una futura compra con TUFESA USA LLC. El cupón digital tendrá una vigencia de 3 (tres) meses contados a partir de su fecha de emisión. Lo anterior no generará derecho a compensaciones, daños o indemnizaciones adicionales.

If Premium Seat cannot be provided due solely to circumstances attributable to TUFESA USA LLC, or if a trip change is requested and the new departure does not have availability to retain the Premium Seat service, the amount paid for the unused Premium Seat will be issued to the passenger as a digital voucher, which may be used as a payment method toward a future purchase with TUFESA USA LLC. The digital voucher will be valid for 3 (three) months from its date of issuance. No additional compensation, damages, or indemnification shall apply.

9. Cobertura / Coverage

El servicio podrá ofrecerse únicamente en rutas y corridas seleccionadas dentro de la cobertura operada por TUFESA USA LLC.

The service may be offered only on selected routes and schedules operated by TUFESA USA LLC.

10. Modificaciones / Modifications

TUFESA USA LLC se reserva el derecho de modificar, suspender o cancelar el servicio Asiento Premium en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.

TUFESA USA LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Premium Seat service at any time without prior notice.
